Thanks to our partners and Medway Go, our expanded Fit & Fed programme this summer was a huge success! Not only was there multisports this term, we had everything from kayaking to t-shirt print making, local young people took part in many engaging sporting and creative activities over the course of four weeks.

Thanks to the support of the Holiday Activity Fund via (HAF) Medway Go, were able to expand our Fit & Fed programme to two sessions per day and had over 1600 attendees (over 200+ unique young people).

Just like in May, Nucleus Arts were back in full force to provide a myriad of creative activities for every session of Fit & Fed, e.g. cyanotype sun printing, screen Printing, textile crafts, mini monets, the list goes on.

Thanks to our partners at Chatham Maritime Watersports Centre, we had the fantastic opportunity of taking a selection of young people via minibus provided by Olympia Boxing to do kayaking and paddleboarding many for the very first time.

Thanks to our partners at Medway Sport, we had the fantastic opportunity of taking a selection of young people via minibus to kick start their journey of learning how to swim.

A huge thank you to all our partners from those who provided coaches to the suppliers of our nutritious lunches. A special thank you to all those young people who attended and made it a summer not to forget. See you in October when Fit & Fed will be back at Luton Primary School, Chatham. Below are a handful of photographs to document the fun we had.
