Jubilee celebrations at Pembroke Court 👑
On Tuesday 7th June, we joined the residents of Pembroke Court (an over 55+ retirement apartment block within our Big Local area) to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee together.
We had ample amounts of Union Jack bunting, Balloons, Flags, Napkins and Cups together with a delicious buffet provided by Twice as Nice and endless smiles all around.
The residents were delighted to see familiar faces with Emma and Chloe of Nucleus Arts team who provided themed crafting activities for the Chatham Carnival being held on 9th of July.
The smiles and merriment continued as we welcomed our main entertainment for the afternoon, an interactive visit from historical characters being Queen Victoria and Elizabeth I, provided by Mrs Bakers Medway Theatre Company & Hilary Wood Historical Characters.
If that wasn’t enough, local artist celebrity Jonathan Ash joined us towards the end of the celebrations to host a royalty-themed quiz. We’re pleased to say that Jonathan will be hosting these quiz nights every Tuesday at 7.15pm from Pembroke Court.

May Fit & Fed 🎳
You guessed it, Fit & Fed was back in May/June half term.
The programme continued as it left off in Spring, two sessions a day over three days at Luton Primary School.
Over 60 young people each day were immersed into a world of sporting and creative activities provided by Nucleus Arts, Olympia Boxing, Sport On Your Doorstep, Street Games, etc. All topped off with a nutritious lunch.
We now begin preparations for our summer programme to ensure its a summer not to forget.
